Haney Manufacturing Terms & Conditions

 These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, purchase orders, and invoices issued by Haney Manufacturing unless otherwise agreed to in writing. 

• All quotes are based on customer-supplied drawings, CAD files, specifications, and information provided at the time of quotation.
• Quotes are valid for the period stated and are subject to material availability and shop capacity.
• Pricing is based on current material and processing costs and may be adjusted if costs change prior to order acceptance.
• Orders may not be canceled once work has begun without written approval from Haney Manufacturing.

• Quoted lead times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Final lead times are confirmed upon receipt of a purchase order and required data.
• Delays caused by material availability, customer revisions, or requested holds may result in adjusted delivery dates.
   

• Pricing is based on the quantities quoted and assumes all units are purchased.
• Changes to quantity, material, finish, or scope of work may require requoting.
• A delivery quantity variance of up to ±5% may apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   

• Haney Manufacturing is not responsible for errors or omissions in customer-supplied drawings, CAD models, specifications, or files.
• Any discrepancies between CAD and drawings must be clarified prior to production.
• Changes requested after work has begun may result in additional charges and schedule adjustments.
   

• Parts are manufactured to customer-supplied drawings and specifications unless otherwise noted.
• Inspection is performed per standard shop practices unless additional inspection or documentation is requested and quoted.
• Claims for shortages must be made within five (5) business days of receipt.
• Claims related to nonconforming parts must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
• Nonconforming parts must be returned for evaluation before credit or rework is authorized.
   

• Order cancellations or changes after work has begun are subject to approval.
• If approved, the customer is responsible for costs incurred to date, including material, labor, tooling, outside services, and administrative costs.
   

• Expedited services may be available upon request and are subject to additional charges.
• Any expedite requested after work has begun may result in increased costs due to added labor, machine time, or outside services.
   

• Haney Manufacturing may utilize qualified third-party vendors for material sourcing, finishing, inspection, or other services as required.
   

• Shipping methods are as specified on the purchase order or invoice.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.
• Haney Manufacturing is not responsible for delays or damages caused by carriers or events beyond its control.
   

• All applicable sales, use, or other taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
   

• Accepted payment methods include ACH, wire transfer, check, and credit card.
• Credit card payments may be subject to a processing fee.
• Payment is due by the invoice due date.
• Late payments may be subject to a 5% late fee, with additional charges applied every 30 days past due.
   

• Accounts past due may result in suspension of production or shipment until payment is received.
• Any costs associated with stopping and restarting work will be the responsibility of the customer.
   

• Haney Manufacturing’s liability is limited to the value of the affected purchase order.
• Under no circumstances shall Haney Manufacturing be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

Haney Manufacturing agrees to treat all customer-provided drawings, models, specifications, pricing, and related technical information as confidential. Such information will be used solely for the purpose of quoting and manufacturing customer parts and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required to perform the work (such as material suppliers or approved subcontractors), or as required by law.
 

This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, already known to Haney Manufacturing, or independently developed without reference to customer-provided information.
